White Paper

SITUATION
The client had recently succeeded in branching out into helping e-commerce clients through upsells with it's current traditional SEM clients. To begin attracting e-commerce clients directly, they needed a white paper that showed how well they know their stuff.

PROCESS
To position this agency as the experts they were, I interviewed team members from their different divisions one by one and gathered all the relevant points for their medium size business and enterprise audience. Then I singlehandedly wrote and designed this white paper, using a previous template, covering how to succeed in all facets of e-commerce without giving too much proprietary information away.
